Eight of the Top Automakers in the U.S. are recalling their 12 million vehicles in a bid to replace the malfunctioning Takata Airbags. The Takata Airbags are found to be below the safety standards and are continually being recalled by a number of car makers in last few months. The Takata Airbags can explode with too much of pressure that can even be fatal for the driver and passenger. All mega car brands who had Takata Airbags in their vehicles are now recalling them for immediate replacement of these inflators. Almost 40 Million Airbags have been recalled by the Authorities in the USA for their unsafe nature so far.
Companies who have recently recalled the Takata Airbags
The Takata Airbags have been found vulnerable to tolerating the excess of humidity and burst as a result. Following are the recent automakers who have recalled their vehicles:

A total of 17 car makers have so far called their vehicles back to replace the Takata Airbags. This is the largest auto recall in the U.S. History. The recent recall is mainly made to replace the passenger airbags which have been evaluated as unsafe.
