It is noteworthy that a number of cars’ officials and agencies in many of the emirates plus the small cars workshops said that they did not apply the unified contract yet after many complaints from many consumers that some agencies ignore implementing the contract to avoid certain obligations where the consumers called the Ministry of Economy to strict control in order to verify the performance of the contract in full and not only items that meet the interests of the agencies.

He mentioned that this specialized company will introduce its reports to the consumers who find defects in their cars and wish to make complaints about these defects to the Ministry of Economy or local regulatory in each emirate. He added that the company will determine whether this defect due to a manufacturing or due to the customer’s usage because this disagreement causes a lot of problems between consumers and agencies.

The committee will choose this company from six local and international companies who want to carry out the task of checking cars in this area and the selected company will offer its services to the consumers on the state level with nominal fees less than the fees earned by experts in this field in the state which upto 3000 AED.
