General Motors has been at the helm of automotive engineering and car manufacture for a really long time till the problems crept in through the front door and hood of its cars and pitched camp. The renowned company has embarked on a serious recall of numerous models so as to rectify these problems.
One of the affected models is the Monte Carlo from the manufacturer’s Chevrolet division. The model has been riddled with problems since 2000 when it was recalled due to a glitch with the seat belts. Four years later it was recalled due to problem gasoline fuel system. It was recalled again in 2014 due to an electrical system failure in the ignition switch.
