The Ministry of Energy in the UAE has announced the fuel prices for November 2016 and the prices are set to rise once again. Fuel prices in the UAE have mostly increased this year, making it tough for the motorists to manage their fuel expenses.
Here are the fuel prices for last 6 months in the UAE.
The Hike in the Fuel Prices for November 2016
The prices for all fuel types observe an increase for the month of November in the UAE. The price of Super RON 98 will be Dh1.90/Litre for the month of November. The Special RON 95 will be priced at Dh1.79/Litre. The price of E-Plus RON 91 will be Dh1.72/Litre. The new price for Diesel will be Dh1.91/Litre.

The Percentage Increase in the Fuel Prices from Last Month
The fuel prices have continually increased for the most part of 2016 and it will remain the same in November as well.
Let’s see how much increase has been made to the price of every fuel type.
- Super RON 98 – 4.97% Increase from last month
- Special RON 95 – 5.29% Increase from last month
- E-Plus RON 91 – 5.52% Increase from last month
- Diesel – 8.52% Increase from last month
It can be noted that Diesel price for the month of November observes the highest hike from the last month as compared to prices of other fuel types. The price of Diesel was decreased in September but has been increased subsequently for the months of October and November.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries Looks to Stabilize the Oil Prices
The increase in the fuel prices comes at a point when the global prices for crude oil recover slightly. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries is, however, yet to build a consensus to stabilize the fuel prices. The next meeting of the OPEC on 30th of November in Vienna becomes very important now as major decisions are expected to be made at this meeting regarding the stability of oil prices.
