Jaguar has revealed it first ever all-electric SUV compact concept. Called Jaguar I-Pace, it is already set for the production line and fascinate the SUV enthusiasts with its sleek designs and amazing features. The Striking Exterior
In typical Jaguar fashion, the new I-Pace has dramatic proportions. Big enough to seat 5 passengers, this SUV is laying the groundwork for the future electric cars by this British car brand. Designed to be a driver’s vehicle, it has an aerodynamic hood scope, bold air ducts and flush door handles, all these make this dynamic SUV move efficiently through the air.

Technology and Performance
It is built to bring you a great performance. This SUV can run for more than 220 miles on a single charge, this is an all-wheel drive that reaches sports car acceleration and can go from 0-60 in 4 seconds. With its high technology lithium ion battery that has 90 kWh capacity, I-Pace takes 90 minutes to charge 80% with a 50kW DC charger. With its high performance electric power train, this SUV is capable of generating 16lb–ft of instant torque and produces 400 horse power.
It has a floating center console with 4 conveniently placed screens that provide the best visibility to the driver. The center console has 2 infotainment touchscreens, a screen with vehicle’s information is right behind the steering wheel and the ingenious windshield has a Head‑Up Display in full colors. Intuitive and high tech, these features were added and designed to add to your driving experience and help you keep your eye on the road.
Ravishing Interior
The spacious cabin can easily accommodate 5 passengers. Since this is an all-electric SUV, it has no need for a transmission tunnel or a combustion engine and this makes it possible for Jaguar to add a longer wheelbase to I-Pace. The passenger seats have a lot of legroom and the cargo area is 18 cubic feet, which makes it a decent amount of cargo space. Release Date
Although, Jaguar has not announced an official release date, they have indeed announced that the new Jaguar I-Pace will be available in the second half of 2018. The full reveal of the production model, its design and its features will be made in late 2017.
Price and Availability in the UAE
Jaguar has not announced a price for their I-Pace all-electric compact SUV yet and they have not announced if the prospected late 2018 release is for the worldwide car market. It is expected that such information will be released along with the reveal of the production model in 2017.
