The UAE government is continually working on providing better living standards to its people and all the foreign residents in the country. Abu Dhabi Police, as it is the capital police, is has set up many strategic plans that aim at improving the efficiency of its services. One of the latest services that ADP has launched is the traffic E-Services. Following is an introduction and a short summary of these services. When you register in this system you will be more aware of your traffic profile sensitive information, and you may perform some transactional services instead of going to traffic departments to perform them. The services of this system in the current version are focused on: traffic profile, driving license, vehicles, public services, and many other services.
Traffic Profile’s Services
Registered users can view their traffic profiles’ information, and update their address details easily. They may also view all their payment receipts. In addition, they can view traffic profile fines, and pay them via credit cards based on a secure platform.
Drivers’ Services
Registered users can view information of their driving licenses, and view the traffic violations issued on their licenses, and pay them via credit cards in a secure environment. Users who haven’t got their driving license and have an active try files can also reschedule their try date, pay the fees online, and renew -postpone- try date free of charge.
Vehicles’ Services
Registered users can view their registered vehicles, and for each vehicle, the user can view the full details of the vehicle as it registered in the unified traffic system, view its certificates, accidents, payment receipts and traffic violations, and pay the violations. In addition, the users have the option of viewing the certificates of their vehicles in one result set.
Other Services
Currently, there are two services that cannot be categorized within the previous services. These services include traffic fines archive for the traffic profile, in which the user can check the paid fines. And the second one is the reserved plate’s service, in which the user can view all the reserved plats for their traffic profile, and find out the reservation expiry dates of those plates.
Public Services
In this section, there is a range of services which any user can benefit from. The current services include:
– Inquiring about the traffic fines violations materials, retrieve the materials that have a specific keyword, or retrieve all the materials. There is a full text description of the amounts of these materials and their black points.
– Inquiring for a vehicle certificate, in which the user can check the vehicle certificate via its number, and view its details.
– Inquiring for payment receipt, in which the user can check the receipt through its number. The user may also print, save, translate, and email the receipt as needed.
– Inquiring for vehicle accidents, in which the user can retrieve all the accidents that may have happened to a specific vehicle using its chassis number since it is registered in the unified traffic system. The user can check the full details of each accident.
– Inquiring for reserved plates’ expiry dates, in which the user can check the expiry date for a specific reserved plate.
