55 thousand people from Formula1 race lovers were at the Yas Marina ring in Abu Dhabi to see the conclusion of “Etihad Airways prize” for Formula1 race and the world title of the 17 round went to the German Red Bull driver “Sebastian Vettel”. The Yas Marina ring has seen a festive ceremony atmosphere for the fifth race before the planned time of the race. He mentioned that the Formula1 drivers made the viewers very happy with a gorgeous race and he congratulated the world champion “Sebastian Vettel” who confirmed that he deserves the world champion title. The weekend was very interesting and there were many of racing lovers in Abu Dhabi Yas Marina ring from more than 80 countries who watched many races in the ring in addition to the entertainment program that was prepared by the Yas Marina ring.
Tariq al-Amiri, senior manager of commercial department in Yas Marina ring said: “Today, there were a great race plus carnival and festive atmosphere. Also, He appreciated the sponsors of the prize, partners, volunteers’ efforts and the UAE community who contributed and helped the fifth race of “Etihad Airway prize” for Formula1 in Abu Dhabi to be successful. Mohammed bin Thaloub Al-Darie, President of the UAE union for wrestling and judo and kickboxing said: “Etihad Airways prize for Formula1 this year is characterized by a special Emirates nature more than previous years after putting the ‘We are all Khalifa’ slogan on the side of the two cars that belong to the Formula1 team ‘Skuderia Toro Rosso’ for honoring and recognition to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE president (may Allah protect him)”.
He said that the Yas Marina ring races have been developed from the past year with a large presence from citizens, residents and guests from our brothers and friends where UAE embraces more than 200 nationalities from all over the world.
