After organizing the fifth Emirates festival for classic cars, Emaar Properties celebrated with the winners who their cars were selected as the best classic cars participate in the festival this year, this celebration event was held in the famous region of Mohammed bin Rashid which is located in the center of the city of Dubai.
Through this festival which proved its successand its duration was extended for another two days, more than 200 classic cars and motorcycleswent to participate in its activities which gave this festival the most participation in its history ever. The winners were selected by a special committee which consists of automotive world specialists in the UAE in addition to the public voting from the audience for classic cars that they saw at the festival and admired them through the show through the registration of their choices in the places allocated for the voting process which has spread throughout the festival.
One of the most prominent cars that appeared in front of the audience was a Bentley from the twenties of the last century as well as the AmericanDlorian car which appeared in the series of “Back to the Future” movies where the appearance of this car wasits first in the United Arab Emirates.
Among all the participants in the festival, only seventeenparticipants were selected among all the participants in the festival which reached 2012 person to give them prizes of fifth edition of the Emirates festival forclassic cars where these awards were presented by a number of the most prominent figures of the organizers of the festival including representatives from the Ministry of Culture which participated in the organization of this event as well as Mohammed bin Sleem, Chairman of the Emirates Club for Automobile and Tourism who also participated in the organization of the event in addition to a number of senior officials in Emaar Properties.

- Peter Dew with “Rolls-Royce Phantom 2” car (the best car of the period before World War II Award).

- David Chambers with “Camaro” car (the best modern classic car Award).
- Nikhil Kelachandwith “Mustang” car (best American car Award).
