The ultra modern cities host ultra rich citizens, with personal collections of cars worth more than one million dollars a piece. The barren deserts are a stark contrast to the well developed cities, and fertile oasis’ of the country and provide a perfect place to test-drive and race these super fast, super expensive sports cars.

Not only do millionaires race their cars for fun in the desert, helicopters hovering close behind for safety, this country with the 5th largest oil reserves in the world also hosts a very popular Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Grand Prix has been held in Abu Dhabi since 2009, and will be until the year 2016.

Before Abu Dhabi won the rights to host the event, the first Formula One Festival was put on for free and was the largest gathering of current Formula One cars and drivers outside of a Grand Prix. During the event it was announced that Abu Dhabi was to host the Grand Prix from 2009-2016.

Luxury is a commonplace in the United Arab Emirates; wealth, mind blowing and elaborate properties, warm climate, beautiful coastline, impressive architecture, yachts, shopping and of course- fancy cars. They are a fun accessory to the rich, and to swanky hotels that use them for shuttles.

As a hub and playground for business people and elite, super limited edition, fast and ostentatious cars fit perfectly with the opulent United Arab Emirate lifestyle.
