Toyota has released the starting price of its Highlander SUV in the United States which will be $29,215.
It is scheduled to go on sale in February with several trim levels and engines between 186 and 284 hp.
The Toyota subsidiary has already announced its Highlander base model, which will go on sale in U.S. territory from February 2014 price. The SUV will be offered with three petrol engines to choose from a four-cylinder engine with 2.7 litre engine -186 hp , another 3.5 litre V6 that yields 274 hp and also Highlander hybrid drive that combines V6 with two electric motor-generators ( one per axis) when the power rises to 284 hp.
The three are coupled to an automatic six-speed gearbox, although the V6 have selective sequential shift manually. In addition, the latter two have four driving wheels , being optional in the case of 274 hp and an intelligent I- AWD 4×4 only in the case of the hybrid.
The price starts from $ 29,215 in the case of the less potent and $ 47,300 for the cheapest by Hybrid Limited.
