All Tesla vehicles have their distinct identity when it comes to thrilling acceleration attributes and the new performance enhancements have added another feather in the cap of these astonishing vehicles.
Listed below is the detail of the acceleration improvement made to different versions of Tesla Model S and Model X:
- Tesla Model 75 will now accelerate from 0-60mph in just 4.3 seconds. Earlier, the Model 75 needed 5.3 seconds to accelerate from 0-60mph.
- Model S 75D will be able to accelerate from 0-60mph in just 4.2 seconds improving significantly from its previous acceleration time of 5.2 seconds.
- The most high-end version of Tesla Model S, the S 100D has received a minor boost in its acceleration and will improve from its previous 0-60mph acceleration rate of 4.2 seconds to 4.1 seconds.
- The Model X 75D receives an impressive improvement in its acceleration and will accelerate from 0-60mph in just 4.9 seconds. Before the performance enhancement update, the Model X 75D could accelerate from 0-60mph in 6.0 seconds.
- Model X 100D will also improve its 0-60mph acceleration rate from 5.2 seconds to 4.7 seconds.

Tesla Updates Model S and Model X Ahead of the Launch of Model 3
Tesla has announced performance enhancement updates for Model S and Model X vehicles just ahead of the launch of its Model 3.
