His Highness said that there is no need to put the violation\u2019s paper on the car where the plates of violated vehicle are filmed immediately via the phone and stored electronically in the system, and the violator will be notified right away with a message on his\/her phone because his car is listed in the system. Also, he mentioned on his page on \u201cTwitter\u201d that there is a possibility of registering the violation by using the sound on mobile phone and this violation will be written in the traffic system where the violator will receive \u201cSMS\u201d message on his\/her phone.
