You have seen before how the professionals do drifting with their cars and now it is your turn to do it. Now, you have the opportunity to start on the track and get to know your skills in the world of drift racing. After the success achieved in the “Formula Drift 2011” event where it was related to the skills of drifting on the Yas Marina circuit, the organizers of Yas Marinacircuit decided to open the North ring for drift’sdrivers. If you are not sure about that, you can go by yourself to the Yas Marina circuit in order tosee the new updates.
When you go to the circuit and the organizers your car,there are some rules where each car should be alone on the circuit for two minutes each time and the race is not allowed between two cars, and you can enjoy many rounds as you wish during a period of four hours. The organizers welcome the public to watch the activities of drifting from the specified platformsabove the race’s school which overlook the North ring. The friends and family members can watch and enjoy a delicious meal in the Johnny Rocketsrestaurant.
Rules related to this event:
1) Please arrive to the track on the specified time and the organizers recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the time of the driving experience.
2) The participant must be filled out the waive documents ofthe rights claiming.
3) You must wear a helmet during the experiment and can be rented for 100AED.
4) Please note that Yas Marina circuit is not responsible for insuringany car on the track.
5) You must have a valid driving license to be able to participate in this event.
6) You must be 18 years old as a minimum.
7) Please wear some clothes that cover your arms and legs.
8) Closed shoes only are allowed.
9) Please note that the maximum length is 200 cm and the maximum weight is 135 kg.
10) Viewers are allowed to attend and watch this event from the specified places.
11) You must follow all regulations and rules of Yas Marina circuit.
12) Yas Marina circuit will not return any amounts used to reserve thedriving experiences.
13) The safety measures and medical assistance are available on the circuit.
14) For your safety, it is not allowed to drink alcohol in the period before talking this driving experience. The organizers will inform the authorities for any incidents thatoccurred due to the influence of alcohol and you will pay for any damages.
